

Marcos Artiaga is the Operations Manager for Terminal B.
Marcos showed a knack for working with computers as a young kid.
“Whatever job I had I always became the unofficial ‘tech expert’ troubleshooting computer issues for everyone.”
With an associates degree in computer networking, Marcos moved to Austin in 2008 to find more work in the tech industry. Working for FedEx and tech support for Apple during the early days of the iPhone’s release, Marcos would eventually gain experience with Microsoft BPOS- the first iteration of Microsoft 365.
Marcos joined Terminal B in 2013 as a help-desk technician and worked his way up to operations manager. He holds various Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
