IT issues are not fun and create roadblocks that limit productivity. I have full confidence if and when I have an IT issue that Terminal B can assist myself, the providers, or my staff in resolving it.
Michelle always answers with a smile and is able to route me to a knowledgeable tech that is available and is best to help meet our practice needs. Jamie has become my ‘go to gal’, but honestly, all of the Terminal B staff are always so professional and efficient. Each encounter is a successful one!
